Returns & Exchanges
In the event To process an exchange, your item must be returned within 7 days from the date that you received your order. Please return to the address on your shipping label.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In order to process your return or exchange, please provide the following:
- Original Order Number and the Date that the Order was Placed or Received;
- Item Name and Size;
- Pictures of the Defective Merchandise with the Tag Attached;
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Les Soeurs Beauty, LLC utilizes USPS as our primary carrier. After your payment is received and verified please allow 2-5 days to process your order and for it to ship out. You will receive shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped out.
